Vaibhav Bansal brings over a decade of experience in technology leadership and cloud-native product development to W Energy. His passion lies in harnessing technology for innovation and problem-solving. As the current VP of Engineering & Quality, he leads the engineering team in building an integrated SaaS platform designed for the energy sector.

Before joining W Energy, Vaibhav spearheaded the development of JOYN, a cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform, at Seven Lakes Technologies, which was acquired by W Energy in 2022. Vaibhav holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Allahabad.
