For the past 25 years, Paul Quinn has served public and private companies in transition as a fractional CFO. Fractional executives serve companies in interim, part-time and full-time capacities depending upon the needs of the engagement. Paul has served clients in multiple industries such as enterprise and SaaS software, professional services, cable television, wholesale distribution, educational technology, and consumer packaged goods. M&A activity has been an over-arching requirement across all industries.  Mr. Quinn’s practice has focused primarily on venture-backed and private equity portfolio companies where the unique needs of the investors are incorporated into the portfolio companies’ processes and procedures.

Prior to providing fractional CFO services, Paul held multiple finance and operational roles with International Paper in its $6 billion wholesale distribution operation, xpedx. He holds an undergraduate degree from Mercyhurst University and an MBA from Northeastern University.
