We are living through an unprecedented period of uncertainty and apprehension. First and foremost, on behalf of myself and the entire W Energy Software team, I want to say, our thoughts are with you.
As concerns about the spread of the COVID-19 virus increase, we wanted to reach out with an update on how W Energy Software is responding to ensure uninterrupted service to our valued customers. Provided over the cloud and accessible from anywhere, W Energy Software’s products are not likely to be impacted by the current restrictions on travel and gathering we all face, however, here is a brief summary of how our team is planning and preparing for long term business continuity to maintain our high level of service excellence while ensuring the safety of our employees.
Our Team Continues to Work Normal Business Hours
All W Energy Staff are now working remotely and will continue our normal high level of availability and support during business hours. Our staff have the resources and tools needed to effectively work remotely for an extended period. We are monitoring guidance from local health authorities in the areas where W Energy Software staff are located and will continue our current remote work policy until advised to do otherwise.

Your Software and Data are Safe
W Energy Software’s upstream and midstream software products are built on the cloud with daily backups of your critical oil & gas data. We are in touch with AWS, our cloud service provider, who reports that no disruption is expected from COVID-19 restrictions.
